Since 2008, I’ve learned and experienced many shamanic technics and traditional ceremonies from Tuva, north and south America. It has given me a better understanding of life and death. It’s helping me to live my life in the best possible way and I would like to share that with you.

My favorite technics are the sweat lodge and the hypnagogic light Lucia 3 and the shamanic drum. With these, we can cleanse ourselves, clear our minds and connect with ourselves in a way to live our life in a way that’s makes us happy and fulfilled. We can learn to be more relaxed in life and take better decisions.
